The latest documented update, from July 2026, describes engineering, entitlements, and partnerships progressing toward groundbreaking. This site does not report a construction start. Groundbreaking remains undated until construction contracts are set.
Are the opening dates guaranteed?
No. Summer 2027 for the first fields, Fall 2028 for indoor, and 2030 for the full campus are target windows. Timing depends on engineering, approvals, contracting, and project delivery.
