Your enquiry. Your choice.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
We use your answers to respond and keep a record of your enquiry. Project updates are optional: select the updates checkbox if you want them. The dedicated updates form asks for that consent explicitly. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What we collect
Information you submit and program records our staff maintain:
- Email address — Required — it's how we reach you.
- Name — Required for enquiries; optional for updates.
- Your enquiry details — The questions shown on your selected form, such as organization, sport, timing and space needs.
- Program registration — A parent or authorized guardian provides the participant's name and age, guardian contact details, an emergency contact, and acceptance of the program's participation terms. Staff record registration status and attendance.
- Which form you used — So we know what you're interested in.
Program registration forms are for parents and authorized guardians. We do not ask for card details on these forms, and we do not buy contact lists.
What we do with it
- Send you updates — If you choose updates: campus milestones, project progress, and opening news.
- Run programs — Manage registrations, waiting lists, attendance, guardian communications and staff rosters. Staff roster exports include participant and emergency contact details for operating the program.
- Reply to you — If you asked a question or asked about a partnership.
- Keep a record — Of your inquiry, so our team knows the history when we talk.
That's the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Who processes it for us
These are our service providers — companies that handle your information on our behalf — not third parties we hand your data to for their own use.
- Supabase — Secure database where your submission is stored.
- Mailchimp — Our email marketing platform. Manages the list and sends campaigns.
- Resend — Sends the transactional email — your welcome message and any direct reply.
- Vercel — Hosts the website.
All are US-based providers operating under their own security and privacy commitments.
How to get off the list
Use a signed unsubscribe link for an immediate opt-out, or submit a support request for our team to review:
- Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email we send.
- Use the unsubscribe page on this site
- Submit an unsubscribe support request — Our team will review your request and confirm.
Unsubscribing removes you from marketing email. If you had an open conversation with us, we may still reply to that specific thread.
Keeping your information
We retain enquiry and program records to manage your requests and participation, keep appropriate operational records, and handle follow-up questions. Marketing opt-out stops marketing; it does not automatically remove registration or financial records.
Request deletion through our contact form. Our team will review the request, complete applicable deletion, and confirm.
