The short version
Every form on this site subscribes you to our email list.
When you submit any form here — Get Notified, partnership inquiries, or anything else — you are opting in to receive marketing and update emails from Victory Sports Ventures. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor it immediately.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form:
- Email address — Required — it's how we reach you.
- Name — Optional.
- Anything you write in a message field — Optional.
- Which form you used — So we know what you're interested in.
We do not ask for payment details, we do not collect information about children on this website, and we do not buy contact lists.
What we do with it
- Send you updates — About the campus: groundbreaking, construction progress, and first word when field bookings open.
- Reply to you — If you asked a question or asked about a partnership.
- Keep a record — Of your inquiry, so our team knows the history when we talk.
That's the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Who processes it for us
These are our service providers — companies that handle your information on our behalf — not third parties we hand your data to for their own use.
- Supabase — Secure database where your submission is stored.
- Mailchimp — Our email marketing platform. Manages the list and sends campaigns.
- Resend — Sends the transactional email — your welcome message and any direct reply.
- Vercel — Hosts the website.
All are US-based providers operating under their own security and privacy commitments.
How to get off the list
Three ways, all of which work immediately:
- Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email we send.
- Use the unsubscribe page on this site
- info@victorysportsventure.com — Email us and ask. We'll remove you and confirm.
Unsubscribing removes you from marketing email. If you had an open conversation with us, we may still reply to that specific thread.
Keeping your information
We keep your information for as long as the project is active and you remain subscribed.
Ask us to delete your record entirely — email info@victorysportsventure.com — and we will, permanently, and confirm when it's done.
